Pastor Marcia Pratt
Lead Pastor
Pastor Marcia holds a Master of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary and is ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Reformed Church in America. As Lead Pastor, her primary responsibilities include preaching, pastoral care, and leadership of the staff and church. Marcia considers it a sacred privilege to walk closely with people through different seasons of life and faith.
Before God led her into pastoral ministry, Marcia worked as a Registered Nurse for 15 years.
Some of Marcia’s favorite things include: reading, coffee, hiking in the National Parks, and spending time with her husband Jonathan and their children.

Angie Walker
Director of Discipleship
Angie has a degree in Religious Education from Kuyper College and brings almost 25 years of ministry staff experience to Zion. In her role as Director of Discipleship, Angie oversees both Zion Kids ministries and adult ministries. Angie loves connecting with people, and creating spaces for intergenerational relationships throughout the church.
Angie is in the process of becoming a Commissioned Pastor at Zion. Some of Angie’s favorite things include: walks, the smell and taste of warm coffee, playing games, riding bikes, or watching movies with her family, date nights with her husband Jim, hosting exchange students and learning about other cultures.

Andrew Ronzino
Director of Youth
Andrew hails from Long Island, New York, but has called West Michigan home for many years now. He has served as a leader in youth ministry for over 20 years, and now brings that passion and experience to Zion. Andrew leads both the Middle and High School Youth Groups, and is beginning to develop a Young Adults ministry at Zion as well.
Andrew is currently completing a Certificate in Youth Discipleship through Fuller Youth Institute, a branch of Fuller Theological Seminary. He is also a published author of several short stories!
Some of Andrew’s favorite things include: writing, reading, playing games, spending time with friends and family, and rewatching nostalgic TV shows with his wife, Alyssa.

Emily Morehouse
Worship Director
Emily has a degree in Music Education from Hope College and taught music in local schools for 13 years before joining Zion’s staff team. Emily leads worship every week, and oversees the sound and technology teams as well. Emily has a heart for raising up worship leaders from all generations and giving them a place to share their gifts with the church.
Emily is also currently pursuing her Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Theological Seminary.
Some of Emily’s favorite things include: spending time with her husband Adam and two kids, gardening and keeping many furry friends alive on their “farm,” and reading.

Connie Stegeman
Office Manager
Connie Stegeman is the powerhouse behind the scenes who keeps ministry going at Zion! Connie has served as Office Manager at Zion for 24 years, managing finances, communications, and building use. She is the smiling face at the front desk, ready to help congregants and visitors with any variety of needs that arise.
Some of Connie’s favorite things include: Diet Coke, cards & games, hummingbirds and monarch butterflies, and spending time with her husband Steve and their adult kids and grandkids.

Olivia DeHaan
Nursery Coordinator
Olivia ensures our youngest kids have a safe and inviting place to play on Sunday mornings, while being cared for by trained volunteers. Olivia is wife to Austen, mom to two adorable little kids, and works as a social worker at Network 180.
Some of Olivia’s favorite things include: good coffee, spending time with her family in the sunshine, thrifting, birds, and planting flowers.
